Kwanzan Flowering Cherry?

I have been seeing several beautiful pink-blooming trees. They are just beautiful. I love their carnation-like clusters flowers. I have asked several people that own them what type of flowers/trees they are? What is the name of the tree? How often do they bloom? Are they hard to care for?

Unfortunately, no one I have asked can give me details on them. i googled them and after reviewing several photos and descriptions of trees, I believe I have found the answer I was looking for. It seems they are Kwanzan Flowering Cherry Trees?

I have taken a few photos of the trees I have seen. May be you can help .... Do you know anything of the tree shown here? Do you it's name? Is it hard to plant? Grow? What kind of environment does it need? Does it need plenty of sun? Shade? Watering? Does it flower in pink only? So far, I have only seen it in pink!! It's gorgeous.

I would love to plant about 1-3 of these trees in my front yard and 3-5 in the back yard to create a natural fence with my neighbor's yard. Can you imagine the scenery during the summer?

My plan so far is to go to my nearest nursery and get more details on them.

If I am able to plant these trees, then landscaping the rest of my front yard would be more feasible. I am looking to my gran adventure learning more about them and perhaps I am able to plant a few of them! Surrounding the trees I would love to have roses, tulips and various perennials in vibrant colors.
